Mr. Latzes received his Bachelor of Business Administration from the University of Miami in 1977 and his Doctor of Jurisprudence from South Texas Law School in 1980. He is admitted to the State Bars in Texas (1980); New Jersey (1981); and Pennsylvania (1981). Also, he is admitted in the Federal Bar of the Eastern District of Pennsylvania (1981).
Throughout his career, Mr. Latzes has directed his practice toward representing individuals who required bankruptcy assistance and related consumer matters. Although this is his primary area of practice, Mr. Latzes has represented individuals in motor vehicle accidents, divorce and property distribution, child support, alimony, real estate matters, civil litigation and wills and estates. Mr. Latzes has represented thousands of individuals who have experienced financial hardship.
