Steven J. Heimberger is a partner with Roderick Linton Belfance, LLP, whose practice primarily focuses on representing individuals, small businesses, creditors and Chapter 7 panel trustee's in all aspects of the bankruptcy process in Chapter 7, 11, 12 and 13 cases. Mr. Heimberger has represented his clients' interests in thousands of bankruptcy cases. While primarily focused on bankruptcy law, Mr. Heimberger also practices in the in the areas of divorce and family law, debtor/creditor rights and general civil litigation.
Mr. Heimberger earned is J.D. from the University of Akron School of Law and was admitted to practice law in Ohio in 2009. Prior to law school, he received a Bachelors of Science in Civil Engineering from the University of Akron.
Steven is admitted to practice in federal courts in the Northern & Southern Districts of Ohio, and has appeared in state and federal courts across Ohio. He is a member of the Ohio State Bar Association, the Akron Bar Association, American Bankruptcy Institute and the Bankruptcy Section of the Akron Bar Association. He has also spoken at continuing education seminars for the Akron Bar Association and for several local businesses.
